OVERVIEW

I had the opportunity to join Electronic Arts (EA) Maxis as their Experience Design (XD) Intern. Electronic Arts is a video game company that develops and publishes games for consoles, PCs, and mobile devices, with over 540 million active users worldwide. EA is known for franchises such as The Sims, Apex Legends, and FC 25.

During my internship, I contributed to both gameplay features and internal development tools for Project Rene. My work included designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research, and auditing our design system to support consistency and scalability across teams.

Owned the end-to-end UX design of a non-verbal communication system to support seamless, accessible player collaboration.
